A software development company for Saudi Arabia, with an office in Riyadh

TintSol is a software engineering company serving clients across Saudi Arabia from an office in Riyadh and an engineering headquarters in Lahore. We build web platforms, mobile apps, custom business systems, AI features and cloud infrastructure, in Arabic and English. Work runs as fixed-scope projects or ongoing retainers.

Talk to our team

TintSol has an office here.

Working hours · Arabia Standard Time (AST, UTC+3), no daylight saving

The whole Kingdom runs on one time zone, two hours behind Pakistan, and neither country changes its clocks, so the overlap never drifts. A Saudi working day of 8:00–16:00 or 9:00–17:00 falls almost entirely inside Lahore office hours. The two working weeks differ by a day at each end, so Sunday coverage is agreed with you up front.

What Vision 2030 means for software buyers

Vision 2030 has turned digital transformation from a slogan into a procurement reality across the Kingdom. Government services have moved online quickly, financial services have opened to new entrants, and sectors such as tourism, entertainment and logistics are being built up from a smaller base. Each of those shifts lands on someone's desk as a software project.

For an IT company working in Saudi Arabia, three requirements come up on almost every project: Arabic-first design with right-to-left layout, local payment methods with bank verification, and hosting that respects Saudi data-protection requirements and often keeps data inside the Kingdom. Procurement rules for government and semi-government buyers can also shape how a vendor is engaged, so they are worth raising early.

Our Riyadh office gives Saudi clients a local point of contact, and the engineering team in Lahore builds and maintains the product. Makhdoom, the bilingual home-services marketplace we built for the Gulf, is the clearest example of that work.

How we work

How an engagement runs from here.

  1. 01

    Local contact, offshore delivery

You deal with us through the Riyadh office; the build happens in Lahore. One project lead connects the two, so nothing gets lost between offices.

  2. 02

    Discovery before commitment

A short discovery phase pins down scope, integrations and data-residency needs before any fixed price is agreed.

  3. 03

    Bilingual testing on every release

Each release is checked in Arabic and English, in right-to-left and left-to-right layouts, before it reaches your users.

  4. 04

    Contracts that suit procurement

Fixed-scope projects with milestones suit tendered work; retainers suit products that keep evolving. Both are quoted after a brief.

FAQ

Questions we hear here.

  • Is TintSol a Saudi company?

No, TintSol is a Pakistani company, TintSol (Private) Limited, headquartered in Lahore, with an office in Riyadh. Saudi clients work with us through the Riyadh office. If your procurement process needs specific registration or vendor documents, raise it at the start and we'll tell you exactly what we can provide.

  • How do I find the best software development company in KSA for a large project?

Shortlist companies that can show a live bilingual product and explain how they handled payments and data residency on it. Then compare how each one would run discovery, who would be on the team, and how support works after launch. Price matters, but a vague scope is the most expensive thing you can sign.

  • Which cities in Saudi Arabia do you serve?

All of them. Our office is in Riyadh; clients in Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar and elsewhere work with us remotely, with meetings by video or at the Riyadh office.

  • Can you build software that meets Saudi data-protection requirements?

Yes. We design data storage, access controls and hosting around the requirements your compliance team sets, including keeping data inside the Kingdom where needed. We'll flag questions we can't answer for you, such as how a specific regulation applies to your data.

  • Do you integrate local payment methods?

Yes. We integrate with the payment provider you choose, including local card schemes and the bank verification steps that come with them. Makhdoom's card payments, with bank verification, are a working example.
