Mobile app development company in Saudi Arabia, for iOS and Android

TintSol designs and builds iOS and Android apps for Saudi companies, from an office in Riyadh and an engineering team in Lahore. Apps ship in Arabic and English with full right-to-left layout, take local card payments, and are tested on the kinds of phones your customers carry.

Talk to our team

TintSol has an office here.

Working hours · Arabia Standard Time (AST, UTC+3)

Mobile work runs on release cycles, and a two-hour gap suits it: a test build our Lahore team finishes mid-afternoon reaches testers' phones in Riyadh the same working day. Monday to Thursday are fully shared, and Sunday sign-offs are arranged release by release.

Why Saudi users judge a business by its app

Saudi Arabia is a mobile-first market. People book, pay, order and deal with government services from their phones, and they measure every new app against the polished ones they already use daily. A slow or half-translated app gets deleted quickly.

That raises the bar in specific places: Arabic typography that stays readable at small sizes, mirrored navigation and gestures in right-to-left mode, Hijri and Gregorian dates where users expect them, local cards and bank verification at checkout, and national digital-identity sign-in where a service requires it.

Makhdoom put this into practice. For that on-demand marketplace we built a worker app alongside a customer web app, both bilingual, with card payments and live tracking that lets a customer watch their worker approach on the map.

Services

What clients here ask us to build.

Interfaces designed in Arabic and English from the start, with right-to-left patterns that feel native.

03

Cloud & DevOps

The backend, notifications and release pipeline behind the app, hosted in-Kingdom when required.

04

QA & Testing

Testing in both languages and on a spread of popular devices before each store release.

How we work

How an engagement runs from here.

  1. 01

    Shape the first release

We agree the smallest version of the app that proves the idea, so it reaches the stores sooner and real usage decides what comes next.

  2. 02

    Design in both directions

Every screen is drawn in Arabic and English before it's built, so right-to-left layout is designed, not patched.

  3. 03

    Store releases handled

We prepare listings in both languages, manage review submissions for iOS and Android, and roll out updates in stages.

  4. 04

    Kept current after launch

A retainer covers new features, fixes and the yearly operating-system updates that otherwise break apps quietly.

FAQ

Questions we hear here.

  • Should we build native or cross-platform for the Saudi market?

For most business apps, one cross-platform codebase covering iOS and Android is the sensible choice. Separate native apps are worth the extra cost when the product leans heavily on device hardware, complex animation or platform-specific features. We'll recommend one after discovery, with the reasoning.

  • How do I choose the best mobile app development company in Saudi Arabia?

Ask to install an app they have shipped and switch it to Arabic. Check whether the layout truly mirrors, whether dates and numbers make sense, and whether checkout works with local cards. Then ask who maintains the app after launch, because that's where many projects stall.

  • Can the app support Arabic and English with right-to-left layout?

Yes, and we treat it as a core requirement rather than an add-on. Makhdoom runs every surface in both languages with full right-to-left layout, and we follow the same approach on every Saudi app.

  • Can you integrate local payment methods into our app?

Yes. We connect the app to the payment provider you choose, covering local card schemes and the bank verification steps they require, and we test the failure cases as carefully as the successful ones.

  • Do you maintain the app after it launches?

Yes, usually through a monthly retainer. That covers fixes, new features, store resubmissions and compatibility with new iOS and Android versions.
