TintSol is a software development company in Lahore, Pakistan, working with US businesses remotely as an offshore engineering partner; we have no US office. We build web platforms, mobile apps, AI features and cloud infrastructure, and organise the work around a short daily overlap and clear written handovers.

Pakistan is 9–10 hours ahead of the East Coast and 12–13 hours ahead of the West Coast, depending on US daylight saving. A 9:00 start in New York is 18:00 or 19:00 in Lahore, so East Coast clients get a few hours of live overlap in their morning, our evening. For West Coast teams the live window is short, so we rely on async updates and one fixed daily call.
Why US companies look offshore, and what to watch for
US companies outsource software development for familiar reasons: hiring senior engineers locally is slow and expensive, and a product roadmap rarely waits for a full in-house team. North America is one of the main markets for Pakistan's IT exports, so working with US clients across the time difference is well-trodden ground for Pakistani engineering teams.

Does TintSol have an office in the United States?
No. We work with US clients remotely from our headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan. Our only other office is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Can I hire developers for my US company through TintSol?
Yes, as a dedicated team rather than individual US-based hires. Our developers are in Lahore and work your backlog on a retainer, with a few overlapping hours in the US morning.
How much time-zone overlap is there with the US?
A few hours with the East Coast and very little with the West Coast. East Coast mornings overlap with the Pakistan evening; West Coast teams usually get one scheduled daily call, with the rest handled in writing.
