Toronto and Montreal are 9–10 hours behind Pakistan, Calgary 11–12 and Vancouver 12–13, depending on daylight saving. Eastern Canada's morning lines up with the Lahore evening for a few hours of live overlap. For Western Canada the work runs mostly async, with one short scheduled call a day.
