TintSol is a software development company in Lahore, Pakistan, working with companies across Europe remotely, particularly in Germany, the Netherlands and France; we have no office in Europe. Pakistan is three to four hours ahead of Central European Time, so most of the European morning and early afternoon is shared.

Pakistan is four hours ahead of Berlin, Amsterdam and Paris in winter and three hours ahead in summer. A 9:00 start in Central Europe is 13:00 or 12:00 in Lahore, and our day runs until about 14:00 CET in winter or 15:00 CEST in summer, so roughly five to six hours of each European working day are shared.

Does TintSol have an office in Europe?
No. We work with clients in Germany, the Netherlands, France and elsewhere in Europe remotely from our headquarters in Lahore, Pakistan.
Nearshore vs offshore development for Europe: which should we choose?
Choose nearshore if near-total time-zone overlap and frequent in-person visits matter most; consider offshore if you want a wider engineering pool and can work with five to six shared hours a day. For many teams the deciding factor is the partner's process, not the map.
