Hire Python and Django developers

TintSol is a Django development company and Python team in Lahore, Pakistan. We use Python for web backends with Django, for data pipelines, and for AI and machine learning work, delivered as projects or as an ongoing retainer team.

What our engineers build

Work you can hand to this team.

01

Django web backends

Data-heavy applications with the Django admin, permissions, and APIs, suited to products where the data model carries the business.

02

Data pipelines

Scheduled extraction and transformation jobs with Airflow and dbt that load clean data into Snowflake or BigQuery.

03

AI and machine learning features

Model training and evaluation with PyTorch, and retrieval pipelines with LangChain or LlamaIndex, wired into your product.

04

Automation scripts and internal tools

Python jobs that replace manual spreadsheet work, reconcile records between systems, or generate reports on a schedule.

05

Integrations and data APIs

Services that expose analytics, scoring, or model output to the rest of your stack through a documented API.

How hiring works

From brief to a working team.

  1. 01

    Send a brief

Tell us what you are building, what already exists, and where you need Python or Django engineers. We reply within one business day with questions or a call slot.

  2. 02

    Get a team proposal

We propose the people and roles the work needs, and whether a fixed-scope project with milestones or an ongoing retainer fits better.

  3. 03

    Onboard

The team gets access to your repositories, tools, and environments, reads the existing code, and agrees working hours, channels, and a definition of done with you.

  4. 04

    Ship on a set cadence

Work runs in short cycles with a planning session, regular demos, and written status updates, so you always know what shipped and what is next.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

  • Do you use Python for AI and data work, or only web development?

Both. Python is our main language for data pipelines and AI features, using tools such as PyTorch, LangChain, Airflow, and dbt, and we use Django when the job is a web backend.

  • Can you take over an existing Django project?

Yes. We start by reading the code, running the tests, and listing the risks we find, then agree with you what to fix first before adding new features.

  • How quickly can a team start?

Most engagements start within 5–7 business days of the initial brief. We reply to every enquiry within one business day, and the start date depends mainly on how quickly scope and the contract are agreed.

  • How do you work across time zones?

We agree a daily overlap window before work starts. Our Lahore team works on Pakistan time (UTC+5), one to two hours ahead of the Gulf, so Gulf clients share almost a full working day, and our Riyadh office is on Saudi time. UK and EU clients typically share their morning with our afternoon; US clients get a shorter window in their morning plus a written handover at the end of our day.

  • Who owns the code?

Code ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts. The code lives in repositories you can access from the first day, so you can see every commit as it lands.
