  5. Node.js & NestJS

Hire Node.js and NestJS developers

TintSol's backend engineers build APIs and services with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript. We handle backend API development as a fixed-scope project or join your product as an ongoing retainer team from Lahore and Riyadh.

What our engineers build

Work you can hand to this team.

01

REST and typed APIs

Versioned APIs with validation, authentication, rate limits, and documentation your frontend and partner teams can rely on.

02

Modular NestJS backends

Services split into clear modules with dependency injection and tests, so new engineers can find their way around quickly.

03

Third-party integrations

Payment providers, messaging, CRMs, and ERPs connected through webhooks and retries that survive the other side going down.

04

Queues and background jobs

Work moved off the request path with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka: notifications, imports, reports, and scheduled tasks.

05

Marketplace and on-demand backends

Bookings, dispatch, pricing, and payouts for multi-sided products, the kind of backend behind Makhdoom, our Gulf marketplace project.

How hiring works

From brief to a working team.

  1. 01

    Send a brief

Tell us what you are building, what already exists, and where you need Node.js or NestJS engineers. We reply within one business day with questions or a call slot.

  2. 02

    Get a team proposal

We propose the people and roles the work needs, and whether a fixed-scope project with milestones or an ongoing retainer fits better.

  3. 03

    Onboard

The team gets access to your repositories, tools, and environments, reads the existing code, and agrees working hours, channels, and a definition of done with you.

  4. 04

    Ship on a set cadence

Work runs in short cycles with a planning session, regular demos, and written status updates, so you always know what shipped and what is next.

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

  • Do you use NestJS or plain Node.js?

Both. We use NestJS for larger backends where structure and dependency injection pay off, and lighter Node.js setups for small services. On an existing codebase we follow what is already there.

  • Which databases do your Node.js developers work with?

Mostly PostgreSQL, with MongoDB where a document model fits better and Redis for caching and queues. We pick based on the data, not habit, and explain the choice in the proposal.

  • How quickly can a team start?

Most engagements start within 5–7 business days of the initial brief. We reply to every enquiry within one business day, and the start date depends mainly on how quickly scope and the contract are agreed.

  • How do you work across time zones?

We agree a daily overlap window before work starts. Our Lahore team works on Pakistan time (UTC+5), one to two hours ahead of the Gulf, so Gulf clients share almost a full working day, and our Riyadh office is on Saudi time. UK and EU clients typically share their morning with our afternoon; US clients get a shorter window in their morning plus a written handover at the end of our day.

  • Who owns the code?

Code ownership is agreed in the contract before work starts. The code lives in repositories you can access from the first day, so you can see every commit as it lands.
